Your store and customer information is processed to run NoahFirst, answer shopper questions, support the service, and protect the system. It is not used to train shared or public AI models.
1. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, NoahFirst may process account information, store content you provide or connect, product and policy information, customer questions, and service diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, generate supported answers, maintain account and billing operations, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and communicate about your account or support requests.
3. Your data and store content
You retain ownership of your store data and customer data. NoahFirst receives a limited right to process that information only as needed to provide the service.
4. Infrastructure and service providers
NoahFirst uses infrastructure and AI providers required to operate the service. Current public security information identifies IDCloudHost for infrastructure and OpenAI for AI processing. Limited data is sent only when required for the requested service function.
5. Security
Traffic is transmitted over secure HTTPS/TLS connections. Customer data is logically separated by account, internal access is restricted, and service activity is monitored for operational and security purposes.
