NoahFirst offers eligible new customers a 30-day free trial when activating the service on their live store. Account registration, initial setup, and preview are free.
A valid payment method is required to activate the live-store trial. No subscription charge is made at the start of an eligible trial. Customers may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Subscription payments
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period and amount disclosed during checkout.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once successfully charged, including when customers decide not to use the service, change their minds, or forget to cancel before renewal.
Refund exceptions
PT Manna Faith International will investigate and provide appropriate refunds or other remedies for verified duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized transactions, charges made after an effective cancellation, and circumstances where applicable law requires a remedy.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel future subscription renewals through their NoahFirst Billing dashboard. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. For subscriptions that have already been paid, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise required by law or the applicable service terms.
Refund requests
To request a refund, contact NoahFirst through the contact page and include your account email, transaction reference, billing date, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where supported. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institutions.
Applicable law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits customer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
